Clean up through out the job and when the job is completed are extremely important to us. We strive to leave your property looking better than when we arrived. We clean up "all" debris and use a rolling magnet to ideally "never" miss any stray nails.
Our Roof Inspection Process and any required estimate are both FREE. We listen to your concerns or issues about your roof. If there is an apparent roof leak, we like to inspect the water stains or damage inside of your home, before we go onto your roof. This gives us an accurate starting point as to where to look on the roof, as well as asking you some very imperative questions about the leak. Whatever issues we find on the roof, we will show you pictures, and explain what is happening on the roof that would be leading to the leak. This is where our Honesty makes a huge difference. If your roof only requires a minor repair, we will tell and show you that. If it needs a section of roof to be repaired or replaced we will indicate that as well. Or, if the entire roof needs to be replaced, we will show you those pictures too.
